- Investigate and advise landowners on their property’s development potential
- Facilitate a scheme amendment process on the significant land holding. The process successfully established a maximum height of 20 storeys from a previous 3 storey maximum
- Canvass the property industry for a suitable joint venture partner for the land owners and establish a joint venture agreement
- Create and manage a project team to successfully seek development approval
- Provide full Development Management services to deliver the mixed use project
- Facilitate sales & marketing campaign for pre sales.
